Our Expertise
Leora Healthcare has been in operations since 2008. We currently support NDIS participants within various care models: direct, 24/7, 1:1 care, Supported Independent Living (SIL) Roster of Care, group homes and onsite shared support in SDA. We have several partnerships in place as OSS providers for Specialist Disability Accommodation properties across Australia.
Our Accommodation & Services teams collectively have decades of experience in disability care and NDIS housing support. Our teams have expertise in facilitating communication and creating communities among tenants, and the ability to be agile in facilitating a person-centred support model that aligns with participants’ specific support and community engagement needs. We assist clients with higher level needs due to disability such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or complex mental health conditions.

Specialist Disability Accommodation Partner Disclaimer
Good Housing is proud to honour a commitment to participant-led choice and control. This means that tenants are actively involved in selecting their preferred support providers at every stage of the process.
Where there is a shared dwelling, it is Good Housing’s preference that all residents of the respective home utilise the services of Leora Healthcare, their nominated onsite support provider. This recommendation is based on Good Housing’s extensive pre-qualification of each organisation’s capacity to deliver tailored and premium supports to tenants, as well as Leora’s existing knowledge and experience within the designated region.
Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best outcome for all residents of SDA homes. For all 1:1 support within an individual dwelling, Good Housing are able to assess the designated onsite support provisions on a case-by-case basis.
