About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our fast-paced team and drive high-volume hiring strategies. In this role, you will manage multiple hiring campaigns, source top-quality Disability Support workers to meet our client needs and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and onboard right support workers to support our rapid expansion. You’ll find success with us if you:

What you will be responsible for
This role plays a vital part in our business success. You will contribute by:
- Managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates at scale.
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract a large talent pool efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Proactively building and maintaining a talent pipeline to accommodate evolving hiring demands.
- Strengthening employer branding by showcasing our company culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience through streamlined recruitment processes.
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in volume recruitment, preferably within healthcare, disability, aged care, or similar industries.
- Strong ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume hiring campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for recruitment and a commitment to finding the best talent for Leora.
