We have been named one of Australasia’s Top 10 Inspiring Workplaces in the first-ever awards for the region.

Representatives from the Leora team received the award during a gala ceremony at Hyatt Regency in downtown Sydney.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards recognise and celebrate organizations that have created exceptional workplaces. The awards aim to honour those that have created a positive and inspiring work culture for their people – where they feel like they belong.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2023 asked each organisation to complete the entry form consisting of six key elements. They are:

  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Communication
  • Employee Experience
