Getting nourishment from regular meals is key to your health and overall wellbeing, but lack of energy, motivation or accessible shopping options may be getting in the way. Our support workers can provide meal assistance, from shopping for ingredients to cleaning up in the kitchen, so you can continue to enjoy your favourite dishes.

Shopping and meal preparation support excludes NDIS mealtime management services such as nutritional and texture advice. However, if you require this due to a condition such as mild to severe dysphagia, reach out to our team to undergo a full assessment of your needs.
We have been caring for the community since 2008. We are committed to empowering people and provide support to 1,500 families every single week.
We have a team of Registered Nurses on staff who provide a more advanced level of clinical support. All support workers undergo hands-on training to provide safe and effective care.
