Simply register a time and bring the following documents with you:
- Passport, Australian Citizenship Certificate OR Australian Birth Certificate
- Driver’s License or Photo Card
- First Aid Certificate from a registered RTO
- Details of one (1) Professional Reference
If you already have the following, please bring these documents with you as well:
- NDIS Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion
