Due to our rapid growth and recent expansion into Perth, we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our amazing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and managing Supported Independent Living, Supported Disability Accommodation sites and NDIS Home Care participants across Perth region. What you will be responsible for
- Managing NDIS clients and engaging with their families, support networks to connect them with accommodation options and home care services.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding and welcoming of new participants.
- Activating new accommodation sites and ensuring they meet high standards.
- Managing NDIS budgets, support plans, and ensuring services are positioned in accordance with the participants NDIS plan and care needs.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers.
- Ensuring services adhere to best practices and maintain exceptional quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualifications in Health, Disability, Aged or Community Care.
- Previous experience in accommodation management or related roles.
- Previous experience managing clients/residents with complex psychological support needs.
- A valid Australian-state Driver’s license is essential.
- Understanding of the NDIS, especially accommodation services.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A friendly a warm persona, with a high degree of patience and resilience.
