What You’ll Actually Do

  • Be the frontline for people who need us most — participants, families, referrers. 
  • Own the intake process end to end: from the first “hello” to the first day of services. 
  • Build real relationships, not transactional ones. 
  • Partner with internal teams so clients never feel like they’re being “handed off.” 
  • Spot opportunities to grow and strengthen our presence in the community — and go after them. 
  • Represent Leora with empathy, conviction, and unapologetic honesty. 

Who You Are (No Pretenders Please)

  • You’ve thrived in high-volume, high-pressure environments — and you didn’t crumble. 
  • You can build rapport in minutes — no scripts, no jargon. 
  • You’ve done sales, intake, or client-facing roles before and actually enjoyed it. 
  • You’re a listener first, problem-solver second, talker last. 
  • You thrive on juggling multiple priorities — and don’t drop the ball. 
  • Bonus if you know NDIS or healthcare, but heart + hustle > acronyms. 
  • Most importantly: you give a damn.
