About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels in building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Growth and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by expanding our client base and establishing long-term partnerships.

Leora Healthcare is a leading Home and Disability Services Care provider under the NDIS, Home Care Package and icare schemes, operating across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Your typical work week  

Most of your time will be spent identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. On any given day, you could be:  

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expanding our client base.  
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing alliances, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive outstanding service.  
  • Attending industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.  

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.  
  • Strong sales track record and ability to drive revenue growth.  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Experience in the disability or aged care industry is preferred.  
  • Current Driver’s license as regular travel is required.
