We have partnered with Good Housing to provide onsite care services at their Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in Pakenham.

Pear Tree features two adjoining houses, each accommodating two residents. The first house is tailored to meet the physical and practical needs of High Physical Support (HPS) participants, while the second follows the NDIS Improved Liveability (IL) design standards.

Each house offers two bright and spacious bedrooms with dedicated bathroom facilities, as well as a shared kitchen, living area, laundry space and outdoor area designed to support tenant interaction.

While Good Housing considers Leora Healthcare as a trusted support provider, participants are welcome to bring their own chosen support provider, regardless of the funding model (SIL, ILO, Core, or informal) for single-occupancy properties. In shared tenancies, participants collaborate to select a support provider, with decisions reflecting the majority preference within the group.

This approach aligns with both Good Housing’s and Leora Healthcare’s shared mission of enabling participants’ choice and control in decisions that affect them.
