Specialist Disability Accommodation Partner Disclaimer

Good Housing is proud to honour a commitment to participant-led choice and control. This means that tenants are actively involved in selecting their preferred support providers at every stage of the process.

While Good Housing considers Leora Healthcare as a trusted support provider, participants are welcome to bring their own chosen support provider, regardless of the funding model (SIL, ILO, Core, or informal) for single-occupancy properties. In shared tenancies, participants collaborate to select a support provider, with decisions reflecting the majority preference within the group.

This approach aligns with both Good Housing’s and Leora Healthcare’s shared mission of enabling participants’ choice and control in decisions that affect them.
