Celebrating Harmony Day 2026 at Leora

Harmony Day at Leora was a joyful celebration of culture, connection and community!

It was one of those days that brought everyone together in the best way—through shared stories, laughter, learning and of course, incredible food from around the world. From the moment the celebration began, there was a real sense of warmth in the room as team members connected over their backgrounds, traditions and the experiences that make each person unique.

We were also grateful to share the day with the CommBank team, who added another meaningful layer to the event by speaking with our team about financial wellbeing and inclusion.

At Leora, Harmony Day is more than a date on the calendar. It is a reflection of who we are. We’re proud to be a diverse team, and we know that different perspectives, cultures and life experiences make us stronger, not only as colleagues, but in the way we care for the people and communities we support every day.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the food, with a colourful spread of dishes that sparked conversation and brought a little taste of home to the table! And when we asked the team to vote for their favourite Harmony Day dish, chaat came out on top 🎉 Full of flavour and personality, it was a fitting winner for a day that celebrated exactly that.

More than anything, Harmony Day reminded us that harmony is created in the everyday, in listening, learning and celebrating one another.
