We are looking for an outcome-driven Business Development Manager to grow our footprint in Sydney. This position plays a significant role in driving the growth of our business in an expanding market and will suit an experienced sales professional who can influence and drive targets. What you will be responsible for
The Business Development Manager is critical to our team’s success. Your core responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, while nurturing existing relationships with Leora’s key partners. You will drive successful partnerships by:
- Creating and executing against strategic sales plans to expand our client base
- Expanding our reach into hospitals, medical centers, local health clinics and other referring peak bodies in health
- Fostering strong relationships with existing partners, by understanding their needs and providing tailored service in collaboration with internal teams
- Developing industry networks and promoting Leora services by attending community events and conferences
- Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant legislative, ethical, and industry guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Industry experience in aged care or health insurance
- Extensive relationship-building skills with Leora’s healthcare partners
- Sales and business development expertise, with proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Additionally, experience working with support coordinators, local areas coordinator, clinicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers would be beneficial to your success
- A valid Australian-state Driver’s license is essential.
