What you will be responsible for
As a support worker for Leora Healthcare, you will be providing our clients assistance at home and in the community, such as:
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Social and community access
Your Care Coordinator will work with you to book shifts requiring services you’re most comfortable to provide.
Skills & Qualifications
- Great communication skills with care and empathy for people
- Able to drive and transport clients (desirable)
- Cert III or IV in Disability or Aged Care or other relevant qualifications (desirable)
- Complex care experience (desirable)
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviour (desirable)
Locations
We are looking for support workers located across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA, but especially those who can provide support in:
- Liverpool, NSW
- Campbelltown, NSW
- Bankstown, NSW
- North Sydney, NSW

Salary Information
Up to $39.55 per hour + superannuation + kms (if providing transport services)
