March 2025
1 March 2025 — Zero Discrimination Day
- Inclusive training sessions: Conduct workshops to address unconscious biases and promote empathy in the workplace.
- The 30-Second Rule: In every meeting, enforce a “pause before response” rule. No interruptions for 30 seconds after someone speaks. Notice who usually gets interrupted, and it’s never the loudest voice in the room.
