Leora Healthcare’s nursing care services provide safe, clinical support after hospital stays or whenever daily life calls for specialist care.
At Leora Healthcare, our nursing care services provide safe, personalised support, right in the comfort of your own home.
Nursing is provided in consultation with your GPs, therapists and hospital discharge team, extending your hospital’s care into the home and community. Our compassionate registered nurses can also guide and train your family members or support workers, so you’re surrounded by confident, caring hands.
With our consistent, collaborative approach, we aim to keep you well, reduce unnecessary hospital visits and help you enjoy greater independence.
If you require more permanent or ongoing support, we can also help you find disability accommodation or assist you with specific NDIS, aged care or attendant care services.

Nursing Care, At Home and in Your Community
We’ve been providing care to the community since 2008, working with clinicians and allied health providers to ensure patients are supported from their hospital bed to their home.
At the heart of our clinical services is an unwavering commitment to safety. From the first consultation to the final follow-up, every procedure follows rigorous evidence-based protocols and continuous monitoring. Our team treats each client with the same meticulous care as we would our own family, ensuring that safety is not just a priority, but a foundation of everything we do.

With decades of experience, we know the power of collaboration. We’ll work seamlessly with your healthcare team—including occupational therapists, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners—to create a care plan that works for you.
We understand the complexities of higher-level care needs due to a disability such as an acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, or a complex mental health condition. Our support workers receive this specialist training from registered nurses.
Your safety and well-being come first. Beyond meeting the best practices set by the NDIS and Aged Care Commissions, Leora is proudly ISO 9001 certified. This means we meet a globally benchmarked quality standard to ensure you receive the safest, most reliable care every day.
No call centres, just real people who know your name. Enjoy a dedicated Care Coordinator who is your go-to person at Leora Healthcare. We call when we say we will, and we answer your questions without the jargon.
