As we approach the festive season, please note our updated operating hours over the Christmas and New Year break 🎁🎄

Home & Community Care Services
Our Home & Community Care services will continue as scheduled throughout the holiday period.
Your services will remain uninterrupted as we maintain our standard office hours of 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Please note that our head office in Parramatta will be physically closed on these days:
- from Monday, 23 December to Friday, 27 December
- New Year’s Day, Wednesday, 1 January 2025
However, we have staff on call every day to respond to your urgent enquiries. Please contact us on 1300 65 11 33 (AU) or 0800 600 602 (NZ).
Our social media channels will also have limited monitoring during the holiday period.
Disability Accommodation Services
Our clients living in Supported Independent Living homes and Specialist Disability Accommodation will continue to enjoy 24/7 onsite assistance from our team of support workers.
Mental Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our next-generation EAP platform is available to registered users 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering quick and convenient access to therapy during a season that may bring its own unique challenges.

Emergency numbers and helplines
If you are experiencing an emergency or any critical situation, please know that you are not alone. The following helplines will be able to assist you.
In case of emergency, please dial Triple Zero (000) immediately.
If you’re an NDIS participant needing immediate assistance, please directly contact the NDIS at 1800 800 110. The NDIS National Contact Centre will continue operating between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays.
If you’re an aged care client needing immediate assistance, you may call the My Aged Care Contact Centre on 1800 200 422. Please note that they are closed on Sundays and national public holidays.
