We’re sharing our operating hours during the holiday season to ensure you have support whenever you need it.
As we approach the festive season, please note our updated operating hours over the Christmas and New Year break 🎁🎄

Home and Community Care Services
Our Home and Community Care services will continue as scheduled throughout the holiday period.
Your services will remain uninterrupted as we maintain our standard office hours of 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Please note that our offices will be physically closed from 22 December 2025 (Monday) to 2 January 2026 (Friday). We will be back on Monday, 5 January 2026, with regular operations resuming as usual.
However, we have staff on call every day to respond to your urgent enquiries. Please contact us on 1300 65 11 33.
Our social media channels will also have limited monitoring during the holiday period.
Disability Accommodation Services
Our clients living in Supported Independent Living homes and Specialist Disability Accommodation will continue to enjoy 24/7 onsite assistance from our team of support workers.
Holiday respite support for Carer Gateway clients
We also remain available for emergency, short-notice and pre-planned respite support throughout the Christmas and New Year period. If a carer becomes unable to provide support due to illness, injury or holiday pressures, our team can step in to ensure the client continues receiving safe, reliable care.
Please coordinate with your Carer Gateway service provider or contact our team for assistance.

If you are experiencing an emergency or any critical situation, please know that you are not alone. The following helplines will be able to assist you.
In case of emergency, please dial Triple Zero (000) immediately.
If you’re an NDIS participant needing immediate assistance, please directly contact the NDIS at 1800 800 110. The NDIS National Contact Centre will continue operating between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays.
If you’re an aged care client needing immediate assistance, you may call the My Aged Care Contact Centre on 1800 200 422. Please note that they are closed on Sundays and national public holidays.
